1. Service Agreement

1.1 Our services include the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, ACs, TVs, and more.

1.2 Repairs will be carried out at your location or at our service center, depending on the nature of the problem.

2. Service Charges

2.1 Inspection fees are non-refundable and must be paid even if the repair is not completed.

2.2 The total service cost will include labor charges, parts replaced (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

2.3 Quotations provided are estimates and may vary based on the final diagnosis.

3. Warranty

3.1 Warranty for replaced parts will be as per the manufacturer’s terms.

3.2 Our labor warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of repair.

3.3 The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, physical damage, or further wear and tear after repair.

4. Appointment and Cancellation

4.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone or email.

4.2 Customers must inform us of cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4.3 A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Ensure safe and convenient access to the appliance and its surroundings for our technician.

5.2 Remove any personal items from the appliance before service.

5.3 Provide accurate information about the appliance issue and its history.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to appliances or loss of data (e.g., program settings).

6.2 We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of parts.

6.3 Liability for any damages will not exceed the cost of the repair service provided.

7. Use of Genuine Parts

7.1 We recommend using original parts for repairs. If third-party parts are used, the warranty may not apply.

7.2 We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-supplied parts.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Full payment must be made upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.

8.2 Payments can be made via cash, card, or online transfer.

8.3 Late payments may incur additional charges.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Any personal information collected during the service process will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

9.2 We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
